By continuing to place an order with 321 Fizz, you agree to the policies and procedures below:
WARRANTY (re: Defects & Damages)
It is our goal to make every customer feel good about their purchase. Every piece is inspected for prior to being shipped to you to ensure you are receiving quality jewelry, free from damage due to defects in materials or crafting (excluding normal wear and tear). Should a defect be identified, you will be notified immediately to discuss options.
Within 14 days of date received:
*321 Fizz will replace your item or pearl FREE of charge.
Within 14-30 days of date received:
*321 Fizz will replace your item or pearl at a charge of 50% of the original price.
30 days or more after date received:
*Items will not be eligible for return or replacement after 30 days.
*Pearl will be replaced at the rate of $10 per natural white or peach pearls OR $15 for per natural lavender or deisgner color pearls.
*NOTE: There is no guarantee that your replacement item will be identical to your original item due to the nature of our surprise jewelry reveals.

JEWELRY CARE
*Remove all jewelry before going to bed
*Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, sprays or chemicals
*Avoid direct sunlight, extreme heat/cold, humidity
*Store in sealed air tight container and keep pieces separated to protect from rubbing together
*Remove when showering, bathing and swimming
*Remove when doing intense physical activity
*Clean jewelry after each use using a jewelry cloth
*Protect from sharp blows as sterling silver may bend
*Keep pieces dry
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
321 Fizz does NOT offer returns or refunds. Please be sure you are confident in your purchase!
*Exchanges are granted for manufacturer defect, damage during shipping, wrong ring size (one time only) or missing pearl or stone(s) as per the warranty details.
*Should any of these situations apply, email us at 321Fizz@gmail.com immediately:
~Provide information of the purchase date, reason for exchange, rep name, and picture(s) of the damaged item.
~Once you receive an approval email response, ship your items to:

*Shipping cost is a flat rate of $5.95 for any amount order.
*If you place an additional order during a live, use the Promo Code ADDON to avoid being charged shipping again. This is ONLY to be used if you are adding on to an existing order
*Your order will be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 days of your date of purchase for non-pearl items and within 14 days of your date of purchase for any item that includes pearl mounting.
*You will receive tracking information via the email provided with your order.
*Please note that while Priority Mail includes $100 of insurance on your package, once your order leaves our shipping facility we are no longer liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages/items. All insurance claims must be made through USPS and follow their rules and restrictions. Stolen Packages once delivered are not covered.
